You can usually move into your hotel room from 4 p.m., our reception is staffed daily around the clock, so nothing stands in the way of a later arrival; until 11:00 a.m. the rooms are available on the day of departure.

Our breakfast hours are Monday through Friday from 06:30 to 10:00; weekends and holidays from 07:00 to 10:30. Our pool and sauna area are open daily from 17:00 to 21:00. Our fitness area is also available daily from 06:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 22:00.

You can borrow a bathrobe free of charge at the reception. Upon request, you can also get terry slippers there.

We provide a baby crib free of charge. Please let us know in advance, as the number is limited.

Please contact the hotel directly by phone, we have an overview of lost property and will gladly send you the forgotten items. (Only the postage will be charged).

Our house has extra allergy-friendly rooms (without carpet), as well as feather-free bedding. Of course, we also pay attention to a separate selection of gluten / lactose free items at our breakfast buffet. Nevertheless, please inform us about your allergies/intolerances before the day of arrival, so that you do not have to worry about anything.

Our public areas in the house are all barrier-free. We have a room suitable for handicapped persons, please reserve this directly through us, or contact us before finalizing a reservation to ensure this is available for your travel period.

Of course, we are happy to welcome also the four-legged family members with us. We charge only a small surcharge of € 10.00 per pet per night; in addition, the animals may not be left alone in the room.

A total of 60 parking spaces are available for our hotel guests and are charged at € 15.00 per night; advance reservation is not possible.

Of course, children are welcome with us. Our hotel offers several double rooms with 1 to 2 sofa beds for the offspring. Breakfast is free of charge up to 6 years; from 6 years it costs € 8.00. However, since the number of family-friendly rooms is limited, we ask to check availability in advance directly with the hotel.

It is a good 5 km from our hotel to the trade fair grounds. We recommend using public transportation; the U1 subway line departs from the main train station and takes you directly to the trade fair grounds in 10 minutes.

At the reception you can buy the so-called "hotel ticket", this is valid for 2 days and costs €11.10. With this you can move around Nuremberg and Fürth unlimited by public transport.
