It couldn't be easier! Take the Tiergarten line 5, which runs directly past our hotel, to Schmausenbuck. There, one of the most beautiful zoos in Germany awaits you with its spectacular dolphin lagoon and the Manati House. More than 1 million visitors were enchanted by this magnificent animal world last year. After an eventful day in the zoo, you can return to the hotel in less than ten minutes by tramway - directly in front of the hotel. Ideal for families!

our hotel bar is an experience. Unfortunately, at the moment we cannot yet fulfill our wish to open the hotel bar for you every day of the week.
Our hotel bar "MyLord" opens for you during events, functions as well as when there are more guests from 7pm to 11pm - regardless of the day of the week. Alternatively, we will be happy to fulfill your beverage wishes in our restaurant "Pachelbel & Co".
We will be happy to inform you about the opening hours of the hotel bar for the period of your stay. Thank you for your understanding.
Our Bar Mylord is the classic for all those who simply want to drink a freshly tapped beer or enjoy an exotic cocktail after a stressful day at the trade fair.
The ideal meeting place to get in the mood for a nice evening or to end the evening together with a last drink after a pub crawl or a concert visit.
Mercurialis Gym
Our fitness area is equipped with cardio machines from Life Fitness from the Integrity series and includes a treadmill, a cross trainer, a multifunctional machine, a rowing machine and a Lifecycle seated ergometer.
Those who want to push their muscle training will surely find the right weight on the large dumbbell rack.
For yoga, Pilates, relaxation and stretching exercises, our guests have their own rest area with the appropriate accessories for floor exercises.
Literature and relaxation in the lounge
In our lounge area, you can finally do what you've always wanted to do - nothing.
There you will also find our small but fine sharing library. Here you can add to your travel reading for free and in return leave guests a book that you yourself have enjoyed reading. And for quiet browsing during your stay, you're sure to find a suitable page-turner here.

Children under 15 stay with us in their parents' room free of charge. And to ensure that this remains a pleasure for everyone, we have large rooms available for families or let the slightly older children spend the night in a directly adjacent room.

History
The Ringhotel Loew's Merkur is one of the most traditional hotels in Nuremberg and has been family-owned since 1930.
