If you want to force your muscle training, on the big dumbbell rack is certainly the right weight.
For yoga, pilates, relaxation and stretching exercises, our guests have their own rest area with the appropriate accessories for ground exercises available.
The name of our fitness area is also derived from Hieronymus Mercurialis (1530-1606), who is considered the most important sports medicine of the Renaissance and lived in Rome, Padua and Pisa. The illustrations on the wall are taken from his textbook "De arte gymnastica", which first appeared in Venice in 1573 and has often been reprinted. It is still the first standard work of sports medicine to this day.
